If you are removed from utility consolidated billing for any reason NAP reserves the right to drop you from service and can invoice you directly for any/all remaining outstanding balances. For electric supply customers NAP’s applicable rates for Service (fixed or variable) shall be equal to the sum of: the costs incurred by NAP to procure energy to serve your account, transportation costs, balancing fees, capacity charges, line losses, ancillary service fees, alternative and renewable energy requirements, storage charges, administrative costs, costs to acquire, marketing costs, profit, applicable taxes, business and market conditions, and other business and market considerations. Your EDU (Electric Distribution Utility) may charge a switching fee. Your price may be higher or lower than your EDU's price and/or your current supplier's price.
